Google Affiliate Network: Alternative For Adsense Referrals Program

As we all know that Adsense referrals program is retiring from last week of August, 2008. A large number of publishers were upset with this recent development, because a good share of their Adsense earnings was coming from the referrals program. Fortunately, Google has provided the alternative for referrals program, called Google Affiliate Network.

Adsense publishers can apply for it giving their site details and can start earning from product referrals, once their site gets approved. GAN brings Advertisers and Publishers on one platform. Cost per action (CPA) model is basis of this referrals program, and the account of publisher is only credited when a visitor performs some action after clicking the referral link.
